About Yvo de Ruiter (MSc)
A versatile creative director and certified strategist with a strong foundation in design, communication and copy. Some projects I work alone, some assignments I gather a team, sometimes I get hired by agencies.
In over 25 years I’ve developed a sharp focus on branding and design management in various kinds of roles, projects and media, leading to innovative organizational insights and concepts that elevate brand value.
In addition I teach, give lectures and facilitate workshops. I am a senior lecturer in the New Design & Attitudes program at St. Joost School of Art & Design (part of Avans University of Applied Sciences), one of the leading Dutch design institutions. My focus is on coaching students in strategic design, and coordinating internships to foster connections in a wide range of organizations in the design field.
