About Yvo de Ruiter (MSc)
I’m a Dutch versatile creative director and strategist with a strong foundation in design and copy. Flexible and agile, flying solo on some projects, assembling bespoke teams for others, working interim at agencies and consulting organisations on design.
In over 25 years I’ve developed a sharp focus on branding and design management in various kinds of roles, projects and media, leading to innovative organizational insights and concepts that strengthen and elevate brand value.
I also teach, lecture and facilitate workshops. One day per week I’m a senior lecturer in the New Design & Attitudes program at St. Joost School of Art & Design (part of Avans University of Applied Sciences), one of the Netherlands’ leading design institutions. My work centers on coaching students in strategic design and as internship coordinator fostering connections across a broad spectrum of organizations within the design field.
